Gib

The whole day was spent in Gibraltar, or "Gib" as the locals call it. Activities included:

- Cycling to the top of Gibraltar rock (not the best of ideas).
- Monkey proofing my bags.
- Walking through the siege tunnels.
- Having a beer in the street with a squatting Polish backpacker (he'd been travelling for 3 months and had only spent €450!).
- Feeling guilty.
- Feeling a strange mixture of confusion and homesickness at the Christmas decorations and traditional English policemen.
