The Snowdog

I have always loved Raymond Briggs' The Snowman, it makes me cry every time when James and The Snowman fly off together and Walking in the Air begins to play.........I was very excited about The Snowman and The Snowdog being released and whilst it doesn't live up to the original it was still fab!

Whilst out walking yesterday we came across this little fellow, The Snowdog, he was dumped in a lay-by at Bridego Bridge, he had obviously been run over several times! Now I am known for being a hedgerow kiddy, I've found some very useful things in ditches, so of course he had to come home with us! I scooped him up, brought him home, hand washed him.........not good, still very black......so he's been through the washing machine twice, still not perfect but he's a keeper :).........of course I am not too old for cuddly toys, how very dare you!! :)
