That's what I felt like, taking photos of the Whitesands this morning after the Nith had burst its banks and police had closed the road to traffic. To get into town, I had had to negotiate some very large puddles and D cycled into work this morning so I hope the water has receded a bit by the time he finishes at 6 o'clock. In Moniaive some people are knee deep inside their houses. Horrid.
