The Guildhall, Portsmouth

I went to the Guildhall this rainy morning to purchase tickets for a concert. It was wet and dull, sadly the workmen were taking down the Christmas tree all adding to the miserable day!
The Guildhall was completed in 1890 and was originally the town hall.
It's five bells are known as the Pompey Chimes.
