blowing a hooley
today was forecast 60 - 70mph winds in the hills, so we headed up into the hills, there was talk of avoiding the wind and having a low level walk, but we ended up going up.
Had a great walk up the Shill, round into Hen Hole and up to the summit of Cheviot, It was very nice and the strong winds added to the excitement.
I was intrigued by the colour of the grass on the summit of Cheviot.
Had a great night in the hostel, with a top chilli cooked by Bid.
