New Years Retreat

I was blessed to lead the New Years Retreat at our Church. It was a calling. It has always been a dream of mine to do so. I have been attending these retreats for some time now. I think it's a beautiful way to end the year, by looking back and reflecting. Getting rid of the burdens and being grateful for the blessings.

This is a photo of the labyrinth we painted at the last New Years Retreat. So this evening we celebrate its first birthday.

This is night one of the retreat where we are preparing. Tomorrow morning we will pondering 2013 and in the afternoon we will proceed with our visions and dreams for 2014.
