Jake makes me laugh he's always trying to get in the bed but as soon as Kev comes up he scuttles off because Kev annoys him and pulls his leg.

Well the weekend has gone all too quickly again and it's back to work tomorrow. 2 days on then 2 days off.

I finally managed to buy some trainers. Went all round London looking then I found them in Derby. I even had my gait analysed on a treadmill. The bloke said you can try it and I told him on no uncertain terms that he coins nob off politely if he thought that I was going to run. Kev spent more time chatting to him because correcting people feet etc is his job.

Good thing that happened today -

My trainers were in the sale. I now at least look the part lol.
