Today began a little rocky. The anxiety crept back again. But I dealt with it and I'm ok now. I went over Emily's house in the evening. After all the worry we actually had a really nice evening, as I tried to tell myself it would be. We watched orca whale documentaries and ate lots of chocolate. She gave me the most lovely Christmas gift. It's a listography. All I hope to do in lists, from future Halloween costume ideas to changes you want to see in the world. How could she have known it's exactly what I needed ?
