Bayrisch Pale Ale

Bavarian Pale Ale

That's the beer for my party on New Year's Eve. It's a pale ale, brewed in Bavaria at Private Landbrauerei Schönram. It is brewed exclusively using the aroma hop variety Mandarina Bavaria, a newly developed Hallertau variety with a strong mandarin flavour. The resulting beer is fruity and very refreshing.

You can't officially buy it, as it is not in the company's standard product portfolio (yet).

It's actually not the first time I put the focus on beer: the last time it was a local Pilsner type.

The light is produced by one tealight behind each bottle and one tealight right underneath the camera.
