Hades........

.....cycling past the abode of the living dead, or Tesco as some cry it. My first ride on the new wheels and gear set. They feel mechanically sound but will take a little adjustment on my part. As expected, my spinning had done little to reduce the impact of two weeks of over-indulging.

Later, we viewed Hobbit 2; better than An Unexpected Journey but THEY have made three films when one would be better. Looking forward to the single film director's cut in 20 years time.

Later, later, we met-up with Ian and Joe for old year drinks, food and chat. Great to see them.
