We'd planned on a leisurely lunch today, just not here and, perhaps, not quite as leisurely as it turned out to be. But in truth, I was happy to have had a second suckling pig meal.

Left overs will go into the fried rice for dinner and then that's pretty much it for an all too short week with an earlyish depart in the morning.
