Kaiserschmarrn

This is my lunch for tomorrow: Kaiserschmarrn.
It's an Austrian specialty like a large pancake with raisins.
We eat it sprinkled with icing sugar and than we dip it in apple sauce.
Looking forward for tomorrow :) yummmm....
