Leftovers

Spent the day working from home. Lots to catch up on but great that I didn't have to do the regular commute.

As we'd had our special Christmas meal on Boxing day rather than on the 25th, we had lots of leftovers to consume this evening. This mixture of brussels, carrots, chestnuts and celery is one of my all time favourite vegetable dishes. I couldn't find the recipe book with this in last year, so had to try and remember it. Having tracked down the book earlier this year, I was pleased to find that my memory was not as bad as I'd thought.
