Abbey Lakes

An earlier than usual start and a longer morning but at least we have a week off from panto so the afternoon was my own. My sister set off on her journey first thing this morning. Mum and I had a late lunch and then decided to take advantage of the glorious sunshine. I forgot how quickly it could disappear so by the time we had got ourselves organised and out we had just about missed it. Still, we had some fresh air and a bit of exercise. The path was very muddy and the ducks very upset that we hadn't taken any bread, they flocked to us as soon as we arrived!

Now it's back home and on with some chores!
