After the Rain
The expression suggests a sort of end to the downpours that has some duration. I can barely recall such an event just now and a more appropriate Lochaber expression would be “Before the Rain” or “During the Rain”
Anyway;
It’s such a handy walk this; over the back garden fence, across the field and straight up the hill. Maol Ruadh is a tiny bump among much higher neighbours but you quickly get a feeling of being in the great outdoors in about thirty minutes.
Given all the recent rain and dull days M and I were all excited to finally see some brightness in the sky.
