Artist in residence...

Warren and my daughter Mhairi came for lunch today. Soup and the last of the Christmas left-overs followed by a nice chat.

Warren is a very talented artist, and here you can see a 54sec time-lapse video of him painting his Dad, who sadly is no longer with us.

Later today I must go to the gym or have a walk. Just need to start getting myself in order for New Year! And after that it'll be back on the 5:2 diet. I am adopting the strategy of not weighing myself until the end of January.
