A good spot to park up for lunch

The Humber bridge foreshore is a popular place for people to park their cars and eat a packed lunch . When the sun is out it's quite pleasant , though the wind makes it pretty chilly .
The Humber is a strange river, quite busy at Grimsby and Immingham, less so at the port of Hull, where the roll on roll of ferries berth, then, since the Fishing Industry disappeared, only a small number of vessels pass under the Humber Bridge on their way to the port of Goole, and the River Trent.
The only vessels we see when parked here pass on the high tide, as the river channel is to say the least a difficult passage!
