Slow walk

Really struggled to move about this morning. Once Stuart had had some sleep we headed over to his mum's to meet up briefly with the family. It was good to see them.

My mum in law gave me some ibuprofen cream to run into my back.

We left in time to get a bit of fresh air and had a rather slow walk round the park. I had my camera with me but discovered that the battery was flat so the phone had to come to the rescue. Typical - saw lots of squirrels to blip but couldn't!
