Relaxation

Miss H has taken delivery of her new car today so we went to MacKenzies smoke house for lunch so that we could all have a drive out in it. Both the car and MacKenzies were very good.

Mr H has had 2 bad night shifts, the first one being the worst, and given he has been on Mon-Fri 9-5 for so long with his injured knee it has come as a bit of a shock to his system. therefore when we got back Miss H went to her own house ( where she is staying tonight) Mr H had a nap on the settee and I took Reggie out for a nice long walk with my wonderful new ( from Santa) dog walking coat. Two good things in my mind have come out of South Shields, Mr H and Barbour waxed jackets!

my new book on creativity suggest shooting from the hip and seeing what happens, and also get down to the eye level of a dog when taking a portrait. This is sort of a combination of the two as I laid on the fllor to try and get to reggie eye level and then he sat up!
