... milk* along with some galangal, bashed lemongrass, palm sugar and penang curry paste. Let it simmer and stir until the curry paste has thoroughly melted into the milk. Then add thinly sliced chicken breast and shredded lime leaves. Once the chicken is cooked, serve with jasmine rice and eat.
