Lime and chocolate

Tried my hand at chocolate ganache today - such fun! Bought the little dinky short crust pastry cases and also used Michael's lime curd, but apart from that I am counting these petit fours as home-made!

Had a lovely Saturday catching up with old friends, always a pleasant pastime. It is great to have the girls (and H) home this weekend - lots of laughter and food involved, as always :)
