Christmas Day Presents

Opened presents much later than usual as we had to wait for mum to arrive from the nursing home in a wheelchair adapted taxi. This photo shows some of the family opening identical presents of sheepskin slippers.
In the evening family started looking at me strangely as my face started swelling and burning.
Ended up at out of hours doctor. It turned out that I had a severe infection following the extraction nearly one week earlier. Prescribed antibiotic.s and home for an early night.
