Where did this come from?

I found this on my bedroom floor. No one that injects has been in my room that I know of! No diabetics, epipen users, anyone who'd have a naloxone kit or anything like that. And I've not had any injections where I'd have any of these! And I've not thieved anything from hospitals or doctors.

It's a mystery.
