Laced

... and ready to be tensioned and trued (tomorrow). Headset put on by the Tri Centre in Edinburgh - bit of a faff to do myself, given I'd need to borrow a headset press, and the steerer is carbon, which I was a bit feart about cutting to length myself. So start the build proper tomorrow night I think, and hopefully get everything in place for a wee spin on New Year's Day (to ensure it's all hunky-dory before the Dig in at the Dock cross race on the 5th at which I'm going to be very slow but enjoying it).
