Storm of a cloud

It always happens behind the ash tree, or the ash tree is always against the drama of the skies. I watched this setting up, watched the storm (anvil) cloud take shape & then finally block out the sun.... WOW! I couldn't stop taking pictures, so this was a hard choice, but this one shows the expanse of the cloud & the colour surrounding it.

Afternoon Louie!

Gym this morning - felt wonderful after. Housework after lunch. Book reading in the afternoon. Small nap & now out tonight to see friends for some dinner. I like being on holiday :) xxx
