AIDS Walk Washington

I participated in the AIDS Walk Washington this morning to benefit the Whitman-Walker Clinic. This is an extremely blue picture from this morning as we set off down Pennsylvania Avenue toward the Capitol. I have no clue what made it so blue, I just held up my phone way over my head and snapped the picture; I didn't have the foresight to bring my regular camera.
