Another Hunt
We didn't see or hear a hunt on Boxing Day, but they were here today. The dogs and about a quarter of the horses went past already when the photo was taken. The blip shows the rest of the party and 1 of the 2 police cars who escorted them. They were a friendly bunch - a few greeted us as they went past. Maybe the posh classes aren't as stuck up as they used to be, or maybe they just needed plebs to make up the numbers & pay the fees. Wonder What the Fox Say about all this?
C refelted the chicken coop. A strip of tar felt blew off in yesterday's high winds.
Wickes also delivered the material for C to built a small lockable tool shed for the postie and wine delivery men to put post and parcels that do not fit through the letter box when we're not at home - like boxes of wine.
Listening to Shawn Mullins, C is looking through a 2007 beading magazine for inspiration. He can just ask me - there are quite a few good pieces I won't mind wearing & the pork tjops smells appetising cooking in C's sweet & sour sauce.
Bright day as you can see.
