Turkey Soup
Mmm smells good. The turkey bones were simmered for a couple of hours with lots of root vegetables and herbs then strained and left in the fridge overnight. The resulting stock was skimmed of fat then simmered again with carrots, onions, celery, sweet potato and thyme and a bay leaf. Later add a few lentils season then blitz in a blender. Viola!
