The Guannock Gate

A day visit to the Hanseatic City of King's Lynn in Norfolk. It was a cold but bright day, and we walked through the park and came across the gate which was originally part of the town defences.

This was a very short distance from the chapel of St Mary on the Mount building in the 1400s
