Chocolate Fondants with Salted Caramel
Busy day today, visiting very good friends in Ayr, collecting #1 and #2 who are staying the weekend, and preparing for some of the family who are coming for a get together and food tomorrow.
This is tomorrow's pudding after the first bake. The second and final bake happens just before serving, when the fondant will rise a little more, and then once removed from the rings will be dusted with icing sugar and accompanied by chocolate sauce and cream. The resulting pudding is very light with a soft centre of chocolate and caramel.
