Boxing Day = Leftovers!

Not leftovers from Christmas Eve and Christmas day, I hasten to add, they will be recycled for our annual curry party on Saturday night, these leftovers were from the back of the freezer. A rather dated prawn pathia on the left and an antique chicken tikka masala on the right. Dare I say they wewre delicious and made a wonderful change from Christmas food, and best of all they only needed to be thrown in the microwave. Yay!
