I spent a bit too long attached to the sofa again today and left it too late to have the walk I intended to do, along the river from Greenwich up to the City, as I didn't leave the house until 3.15 p.m and I tend to forget it gets dark at 4.00 p.m.! I got the DLR up to Tower Gateway instead and had a walk around there, by the Tower, around St. Katherine Docks and the river.

The ice rink by the Tower was very busy today. Packed with energetic, non 'sofa-slonking' people!
