Christmas wreaths 6

One of my reasons for choosing wreaths so often this year is that they stay still in the wind. Yesterday was a beautifully sunny, still day, but today the weather has reverted to the usual gales and rain.

Today I finally gave back the courtesy car I've had for the last two and a half weeks while mine had repairs after a driver went into the back of my car about three weeks ago. It's all been quite painless except that I got a parking ticket the first day I left the courtesy car parked outside my flat - it never occurred to me that I couldn't do that! I didn't do it again, that's for sure. I had to park it a few hundred yards away in an unrestricted area if it was going to be there during the day, but that wasn't much of an inconvenience really. When I got my own car back I was staggered to learn that the work carried out cost over £1,200!! I didn't even have to pay an excess...
