Pawprints in the Snow

Just as the sun was lighting the snow I went out to the front deck to take a photo of the small artificial tree on the steps. Everything is coated with heavy snow now. It was too cold to stay out there too long.
When I looked in the photo afterward I see where a cat has carved a narrow trail next to the tree and left prints down below.
