Merry Christmas

With drinks at the neighbours last night, the children were in bed late and so thankfully had a lie in this morning. Mum and dad and I had been to Midnight Mass so an early start wouldn't have been appreciated.
It was a very relax Christmas day with both sets of grandparents. The children had their stocking in the morning, I put the dinner in the oven and managed a peacefully walk over Northcliffe. We enjoyed a lovely dinner then it was time to relax and open presents. Now I'm often cooking Christmas dinner, I can see why the rule was stockings only until the Queen has spoken when we were children.
