When I returned home from Ohio last week, I discovered that the cross hanging on the wall in my room was adorned with the Lord.... Peter Pan. My sister and her boyfriend apparently got a huge kick out of it. Decided to blip it today--I REALLY need a better camera. Maybe I can save up this summer, but I'm only planning on doing blip until 365 days. We'll see. (Another POV of Peter Pan.)

Cicada update: I think they're at the peak of their lives right now. They are pretty much everywhere, especially at work (they tend to be concentrated in certain areas). When I was in the mail room putting stamps on letters, I was just watching them with awe from the window. Here is an attempted photo to capture a few of them. As I left work, they were skyrocketing into people, including myself. I entered my car with a cicada on my back, on my head, and on my leg (which subsequently caused me to jump out of my car squealing as I got them off). I drove the rest of the way with the windows up.

Also, my sunflower is nearly dying... :-( But, I have tomato plants now! Let's hope both the flower and tomatoes can survive....
