Eccles Cakes

Spent the morning getting some more food stuff sorted for Christmas. These are the finally prepared Eccles Cakes. Never made these before and not sure how they will come out.
The cleaner arrived so we headed out to get a few bits up town before going over to see M&C for dinner.
Had a great night catching up with a fantastic lamb curry and the remaining white choc panna cotta from last weekend.
Watched a very strange Norwegian film. It’s an old Norwegian folk tail about a bad Santa. The film was Rare Exports. We did however watch it on their HD projector. The screen was at least 5m across. Good job they have a detached house.
