Eric coming round for lunch today

I'm cooking a vegetarian curry in a Thai style for two reasons.

Firstly because apart from cheese, veggies are all I have in the fridge. Secondly, something light and spicy should be a real contrast to what we have been eating over the past few days.

This is a slice of a small fennel bulb before it was popped in the pot
