Denver, day two. Walked around the city for a while, through one of my two (three?) favorite parks. Then breakfast-for-lunch and PBR at Jelly (our server was from Austin). And sketched out the social calendar for the rest of the trip: another rendezvous planned with Al a.k.a RaspberryJefe, dates to hang with Leah's grandparents and dad, food and movies with Stef and Jason, a meeting with Katie and Ari at a pub that serves only Colorado draft beer (56 varieties!), the Zoo, the art museums, more pubs, more walks, more dinners with the folks.
This place.
But, today. Ended the day with a nice dinner and the delayed Christmas exchange with Seamus here. So great to be back here with Leah, with the family, in the sun and the cool dry air, perpetually re-exploring the only city that has ever truly felt like homebase. And yes, my parents really love floral patterns.
