Christmas comes early

The boyfriend and I are apart on Christmas Day so we had our day early, today. Lots of food, films and calamities were involved (somebody didn't defrost the turkey early enough...) Ahem. We got dinner made eventually and had it with some fruit wine we bought on our summer holiday in Scotland. How lucky we are to be able to feast like this. Thoughts are with those less fortunate at this time of year.
