Joyeux Noel.....

....our first Xmas at the McLaughlins and what a splendid day it was. Also, our first Xmas without Liz, but Nancy and Moy maintained a brave front and turned-out a tremendous spread with assistance from Jo and Ad. It was a full house with an international flavour, visitors from as far afield as Australia, France and Drum Brae. The stars were Emily and Lidia our young guests from Paris who stole the show and a few hearts; "Le chien, le chien" cried Emily as Lizzie the spaniel sought to kiss her. A long night of games and gluttony ensued.......

...oh, and the bar team of Owen and Jacob kept an excellent bar.
