The Swallows.

The swallows have painstakingly built their nest in our shed again. They've spat out lumps of earth, stuck them together with their saliva and made a perfect cup shaped home. Unfortunately they built it on the roof bars that hang in there for our car, so today I carefully moved it. I hope I have done an OK job and they lay their eggs again soon. They have nested there for the last 3 years and it's always quietly satisfying to watch those wee chicks grow and finally leave the nest.
