The dark side ...

It's Boxing Day. The statutory family walk was called for. And so it was. A modest 5 miles on a perfect day. Culminating in a statutory call in to a pub and drink with basket of chips. Statutory mud was in order all over our boots and legs with fine spray across all clothes provided by Charlie the dog speeding by at high speed in selected location and so maximising the washing requirement. granddaughter 2 and.....on the dark side grandson 2. Purpose, not to rest, but to ensure food left over from Christmas and stuffed into the rucksack is consumed and appreciated. Note the snoods around their necks. both christmas presents from Father Christmas!
