Fiasco

There has been a car blocking the Auchmill Road shared use path in Aberdeen for weeks, inconveniencing pedestrians and cyclists and preventing wheelchair users from using the route. The car is a newish BMW and is taxed. I reported it to the police after a day or so, they've taken no action. I reported it to the City Council, who say its not their problem as its a trunk road and they aren't responsible. Finally, the council refuse department has taken action and slapped a notice on the windscreen saying they will dispose of the vehicle if its not move now :)
