This is Trish who I work with in the school. This was us making the most of (ballons given to a member of staff as a leaving gift) our time in the staff room before starting work ;)



Also was at the biomechanical clinic today. The tendon in my right leg is still bad and I'm still limping. Was given a raised bit for my shoe to wear and am having an insole made to keep my foot in the right position. They think it may be my back that's causing problems with the tendons in my leg and said if my back gets better my lower legs should too but as I've had these back problems since I was a teenager - we all know that it wont miraculiously get better now.

My back now seems to have a turn in it so I will be off to docs on Monday to see if I can be x-ray'd to see how bad my back is now and if anything can be done. I could put up with the back/neck pain which is controlled with anti-inflamatories, and me knowing what I can and can't do but I can't cope with the limp and pain in my leg when walking. The other leg took 10 months to get better and could go again at any time so I want this looked at properly.
