Gradual Illumination.

No, I haven't had a moment of inspiration - it's getting really cold now and it's dark so early. Night time walks are definitely going to need the assistance of a powerful flashlight for a few months at least. The change seems to have happened very quickly, but I guess it has been coming for a while now. I suspect that it's just that today has been a particularly grey day so far.

I hope it picks up a bit tomorrow. The daughter came home for the weekend again and, so long as she keeps her dreaded lurgy to herself, we should have a good couple of days (albeit with the heating ON!).
