So here it is Merry Christmas

Everybody plays Poppy's Drums (that sort of scans to the Slade song).

We had never heard Poppy play drums before, wow...

Up at 5:30 for a couple of hours gentle present opening. The children did well, I got to spend the morning building a drum kit and getting frustratingly irritated with oh so clever electronic toys which are not really so clever! (Furby Boom, utterly frustrating).

Then H folks arrived, a few drinks, and lunch.

I have to say that this was probably the best Christmas lunch we have ever cooked (team effort over here). Alarmingly on time as well (running joke that any meal I am involved with is late).

Then an afternoon of eating, drinking, silly hats and games.. hohoho.

Followed by an evening of eating, drinking, silly hats and games.. hohoho.
