Come And Get It!

It seems that deer picnics are popular events in these woods, on Christmas Eve.

**Paul and Annie laying low, it looking more and more like they will have enough good health to enjoy the day tomorrow. Annie finding lots of time, in the quiet of the day, to reflect on how awesome it is that Christmas forces adults all over the world to stop and focus on their children, even sitting down to make cookies with them and sing songs together.

Annie observes that she enjoys driving around on Christmas Eve, not just looking at the lights, but seeing lots of cars gathered at home, and families in the windows, gathered in groups laughing and talking. Usually, you only notice large screen TVs in windows as you drive down the road in the evening. It's nice to see real people interacting. This is why we do it, and we keep doing it. Just on the chance we will be able to get together, one more time.
