Santa's been!!!

Santa definitely visited this evening, filling stockings and Christmas sacks in the children's rooms, and piling up presents under the tree. A trail of Santa and reindeer footsteps led from the back door to the tree - that North Pole snow definitely isn't quick melting!

With everything in place, Mr Lovely and I retired to bed, after a late night up with his eldest son Lee, hoping for at least 4-5 hours sleep. We were woken up a couple of hours later, at 4am!!! with excited squeals of 'he's been!! Santa's visited!'

A couple of hours later and most of the presents had been opened.

Mr Lovely was my rock today. Couldn't have done it without you!

Will hopefully catch up on journals after tomorrow when time is back on my side. Very very weary now after one of the best Christmas days in years, with children, family, great food, gifts and love! So much love!
