An early start. Santa managed to get in despite us not having a chimney. I resisted the temptation to open presents at 5am and went for a walk to the lake instead. It was a wonderful peaceful moonlit morning and I just hung around for quite a while.

It was the quietest Christmas day I can remember but we chose to have it so. Cooked breakfast, then opened pressies. No camera equipment and no socks! Phone calls to family, then a mince pie and the usual walk to Sweden Bridge. Home, then late lunch (just 2 courses plus a lovely bottle of wine).

The photo has had a bit a lot of transformation in Nik colour efex pro. Just fancied doing something a bit different. I blame it on the wine!
